About us
CCE was established in Riyadh in 1992 as a privately owned general contracting firm. In 1995, the company was pre-qualified by Saudi Aramco for the execution of industrial projects, was classified as a Class 1 general contractor, and has continued to grow steadily.
Today, CCE is a reputed provider of large scale EPC contracts to public and private clients throughout Saudi Arabia and the region.
We have a long track record of successful projects, which include industrial facilities, civil works, tier IV data centers, landmark buildings, five star hotels, office towers, commercial centers and residential developments. We consistently met or exceeded our clients’ requirements without any compromise to the safety of our team or the environment.
Quality
We owe our success to a combination of hard work, technical expertise, in depth experience, and strict adherence to the highest quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) standards. CCE is ISO compliant and our QA/QC team follows a rigorous program of testing and inspection.

Our culture at CCE puts safety first, and our care extends beyond our own employees to cover subcontractors, clients and visitors. Our commitment to construction industry safety takes many forms, from fall protection programs to on-site training and education. We give all our employees and subcontractors the tools, knowledge and resources to increase safety, reduce risk, and improve loss control on every project we execute.
The Safety Management Team, based in our head office, monitors every active CCE project on a daily basis, backed by frequent site visits. Management reviews all health and safety procedures regularly to ensure we always follow the latest best practices.
We pay just as close attention to environmental welfare as we do to the health and safety of our workforce. We take practical steps to mitigate any negative impact on the environment that our work might have.
